The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a keen sense of responsibility, and takes pride in their craft. You will be challenged and supported while applying and expanding your knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

  • G2 Gas Technician License (308R or 308A is an asset)
  • Full G Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Install: Furnaces, ACs, Heat pumps (ducted and ductless), Boilers, Unit heaters, Humidifiers, Water heaters, etc.
  • Anticipate requirements for the day (efficiently prepare self & truck in the morning)
  • Keep self, truck, and equipment neat and clean
  • Adhere to proper procedures in the use of the work order app
  • Follow through on job issues or complications
  • Represent Advanced HVAC in a professional manner with customers, vendors, team, and the general public
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must have required tools - we provide a list of which tools are company supplied
  • Adaptability—able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Effective communicator – works well with different customer and office personnel personality styles
  • Potentially help out with maintenances and service calls
