Overview:

A&T Human Resources is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our dynamic supply chain team in Markham. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory flow for our clients in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.

  • Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory to support supply chain efficiency.

  • Perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks to fulfill client requirements accurately and on time.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and report discrepancies.

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Forklift experience and certification (e.g., counterbalance or reach truck) is preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial.

  • Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
