Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oakville, ON for a Manager of Operations Administration. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, managing and leading team members, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance operational processes. The individual in this role will ensure smooth coordination between various departments and maintain high-performance standards in administration.

- Strong Analytical skills
- Experience in People Management and Team Management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Oakville, ON
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
