Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Counter Help to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. A background in graphic design is a plus, as you may assist with visual merchandising and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating visually appealing displays and promotional materials using graphic design skills.
  • Utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and CSS to create digital designs that align with our brand identity.

Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.
  • Familiarity with CSS for digital design applications is advantageous.
  • Strong visual design skills to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to both customer service and design.
