Position Overview

As QA Coordinator / Project Administrator, you coordinate documentation, scheduling, and reporting for QA inspection programs. You maintain inspection records and NCR logs, support report compilation and Ariba submissions, coordinate communications between site teams and clients, and track project milestones and deliverables.

Reports to: QA Engineer / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inspection records, NCR logs, and project documentation.
  • Support report compilation and Ariba submissions.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in QA/QC, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in documentation control or project coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and QA software tools.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
