Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in high-end and retail vehicle sales. This role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting dealership marketing initiatives. Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing the dealership's reputation for excellence.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the customer base
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to close deals on new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales targets
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while upselling additional features or services
  • Support dealership marketing campaigns by promoting special offers and events
  • Provide comprehensive customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes and after-sales service
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to build rapport with clients
  • Stay informed about current market trends, vehicle features, and competitor offerings to better serve customers

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with dealership experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end vehicle transactions
  • Ability to develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline effectively
  • Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and bilingual communication skills, are highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication and marketing knowledge
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously and follow up diligently
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and deals
  • Strong math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
