The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to support a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive work culture across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
