Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Handyman based in Vaughan, ON. The Construction Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, drywall work, general maintenance, and exterior repairs. Day-to-day tasks will also include assembly services and flooring repairs to ensure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in plumbing repairs and electrical repairs
- Skills in carpentry, painting, and drywall work
- Experience with general maintenance, assembly services, and flooring repairs
- Capability to perform exterior repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- A valid driver's license is beneficial
- Willingness to work on-site in Vaughan, ON
