Inspired by the world's oldest street foods, The Greek Freak is a premium, fast casual restaurant serving authentic Greek-style cuisine. We are a high-quality, fast-growing, passionate brand that is looking to promote our love of Greek food using traditional family recipes with a modern twist.

We are looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager that wants to grow with us. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant as well as play a key role in helping us establish systems and procedures that will eventually be used in franchisee stores and corporate stores.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to be a confident leader who is willing and able to learn things quickly and stay up to date with changes in the business.
  • Perform under pressure by keeping calm, being positive and helping to keep the team engaged and motivated
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
  • Managing financial controls, operations, customer service and compliance
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
  • Training and developing Team Members to achieve operational excellence
  • Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
  • Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
  • Address customers compliments or concerns in a timely manner
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor work performance

  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
  • 1-2 years Manager experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
