We're currently seeking a Budtender to join our team. In this position, you'll be the face of our store—offering friendly, knowledgeable service, keeping the retail floor organized and engaging, and ensuring each guest leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain an active presence on the sales floor.
• Build meaningful connections with customers, provide education, and make personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Support fellow team members through collaboration, product knowledge sharing, and sales assistance.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and CannSell compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• CannSell Certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or the cannabis industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a busy retail environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
• Experience with POS and inventory systems (an asset).
• CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.

Requirements

• Must have full availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available for at least one shift per week at our Penetanguishene location.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods (up to 12 hours).
• Comfortable with regular lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying tasks.
