Bartender/Barista

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, fast-paced Bartender/Barista to join our team. This role combines specialty coffee preparation, cocktail service, and light food preparation—including fresh-to-order panini sandwiches. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a lively environment.

ResponsibilitiesBeverage Service

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and cold beverages.
• Craft beer, wine, and cocktails according to established recipes.
• Provide knowledgeable, warm, and professional service to all guests.

Food Preparation

• Prepare and grill fresh, made-to-order panini sandwiches.
• Ensure all food items meet quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich prep area.

Customer & Operational Duties

• Take accurate orders and process payments using POS systems.
• Keep the bar, coffee station, and prep areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Restock ingredients, syrups, liquor, produce, bread, and other essentials.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista, bartender, or food service worker .
• Comfortable with light food prep and using a panini press/grill.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of espresso equipment, drink recipes, and basic mixology.
• Smart Serve required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
