We are looking for an Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Ottawa (Orleans or Rockland office).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large portfolio of clients ensuring client success and retention
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns by phone and email of an existing book of business
  • Thorough policy reviews and renewal conversations to ensure client is realizing their best options
  • Accurate and timely workflow completion while ensuring client confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years industry related experience
  • Licensed designation required (RIBO)
  • Good knowledge of insurance carrier products, services and systems
  • Good knowledge Applied EPIC, Policy Works and Microsoft suite of products
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Customer focused and service oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - French and English an asset
