About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional
Customer Service & After-Sales Specialist
to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will play a key part in managing customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships after services have been provided.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a polite, professional manner
• Handle requests related to discounts, refunds, or billing adjustments
• Address and resolve customer concerns, including negative reviews and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service resolutions
• Ensure a smooth after-service experience by providing updates, support, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Must be available to work full-time, on-site
