Description de l'équipe

Notre équipe, Finance – Bombardier Défense, s'occupe de la gouvernance financière complète relié à cette unité d'affaire en pleine croissance. Établissement des prix, enregistrement de la commande et analyse de chaque contrat, analyse de profitabilité par programme, écritures comptables et réconciliations de fin de mois, établissement du budget et du plan stratégique ne sont que quelques exemples de responsabilités au sein de notre équipe très dynamique.

Quelles sont vos contributions envers l'équipe?
  • Participer au processus de comptabilité mensuel
  • Extraire les données actuelles de ventes, coûts, inventaire, etc.
  • Enregistrer les nouveaux contrats dans notre carnet de commande
  • Préparer les analyses financières reliées aux programmes
  • Supporter la préparation des états financiers mensuels pour Bombardier Défense
  • Analyser les résultats et fournir des commentaires sur les écarts
  • Supporter la comptabilisation des commandes et ventes d'avions Défense
  • Préparer les conciliations des comptes de bilan
  • Préparer les rapports de coûts par département
  • Appliquer les entrées de fonds en lien avec les paiements reçus
  • Préparer et analyser divers rapports de gestion
  • Travailler conjointement avec l'équipe de Programmes Défense
  • Vérifier les contrôles internes et assurer notre conformité aux exigences des divers auditeurs (EY, OSC, CASRA),
  • Nombreux mandats spéciaux.
Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?
  • Vous êtes en processus d'obtention d'un Baccalauréat en Finances ou Comptabilité et une certification CPA,
  • Vous maitrisez la suite MS Office (Excel en particulier) et une connaissance de SAP est un atout,
  • Vous avez un excellent esprit analytique, vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'innovation, d'engagement et de persévérance,
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression avec des courts délais,
  • Vous êtes bilingue (anglais et français) tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Il est important de noter que nos opportunités de stage sont ouvertes aux étudiants et non aux nouveaux gradués.

Tous nos stagiaires peuvent être appelés à voyager occasionnellement à l'extérieur du Canada pour des raisons de formation ou de travail.
