We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams  SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Responsible for the financial reporting of Business Aviation 
  • Prepare periodic management reporting 
  • Partner with department managers and prepare a monthly budget to actual variance analysis 
  • Perform and/or review monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Continuous improvement of month-end reporting processes 
  • Prepares and or/approves journal entries with appropriate support and documentation 
  • Lead year-end audit and be the main point of contact for auditors 
  • Assist with system implementation, system testing, etc. 
  • Guide accounting coordinators on proper treatment of transactions 
  • Review vendor invoices and payments by verifying documentation, account coding, and approval 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business 
  • CPA or CPA student 
  •  3 -5 years' experience in audit or accounting/finance 
  • Strong accounting technical and internal control background; 
  •  NetSuite by Oracle experience is an asset but not a must. 
  • Strong Excel skills (proficient in pivot tables and formulas; 
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
