JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Lawn Care & Snow Operations Technicians. This year-round position offers the opportunity to work outdoors through all four seasons — providing professional lawn care services during the spring, summer, and fall, and assisting with snow and ice management in the winter.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering high-quality results, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Spring–Fall (Lawn Care Services):

  • Apply fertilizers and weed control safely and effectively to residential and commercial lawns.
  • Perform core aeration, overseeding, and topdressing to promote healthy turf growth.
  • Identify lawn issues and recommend solutions for pest, weed, or nutrient concerns.
  • Maintain and operate lawn care equipment including sprayers, spreaders, and blowers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.

Winter (Snow & Ice Management):

  • Operate plow trucks to maintain safe and accessible properties.
  • Respond promptly to weather events including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ensure all winter operations are completed efficiently and to company standards.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event inspections and report service details accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
  • Valid "G" driver's license with a clean abstract required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to operate and maintain outdoor equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stamina to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions year-round.
