BeWell Therapy is growing—and we're looking for passionate, skilled Registered Social Workers (MSW RSW) or Registered Psychotherapists (RP-Independent) to join our team as full-time or part-time independent contractors. What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, or families
  • Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and individualized care planning
  • Facilitate individual, couple, or family therapy sessions
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation using Jane EMR, in accordance with OCSWSSW/CRPO guidelines
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists to share resources, knowledge, and best practices
  • Participate in optional peer consultation and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's-level Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (Independent)

Please note: RP-Q candidates are not being considered at this time.

  • 3–5 years' experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, couples, or families
  • Ability and comfort providing sessions in person in downtown Whitby or virtually across Ontario
  • Experience with diverse populations and/or second languages is a strong asset
  • Compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed in approach
  • Comfortable using Jane EMR and basic technology tools
  • Availability for 5–15 sessions per week, including at least one evening (weekends optional)
