Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist based in Collingwood, ON. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring a seamless travel booking experience. Key tasks involve organizing vacation packages, flights, accommodations, transportation, and handling business or group travel requests while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Travel Arrangements, including creating itineraries, booking accommodations, and coordinating transportation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their travel needs
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing travel documents and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems or tools is a plus
  • Passion for the travel industry and ability to stay updated on travel trends
