Overview
We are seeking a hands-on early mid-level AI Agent & Data Insights Analyst to join our Canadian IT team, reporting to the Country IT Manager. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) focuses on delivering data-driven insights and building AI solutions to drive business transformation. Initially, you will leverage strong data analytics skills to support business needs, transitioning over time to become a thought leader in AI adoption and automation, leveraging diverse tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot.
In this role, you will drive AI-powered data insights transformation across multiple business units by:
• Delivering actionable data insights using SQL, Python, Power BI, or Qlik (initially 60%, reduced to 30% over time).
• Building and managing AI agents with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows (initially 40%, ramping up to 70% over time). This includes human aspects of harnessing AI enthusiasm from the workplace towards tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Strategically: Stay updated on AI market trends, collaborate with Client-Healthineers' global AI Centres of Excellence, practitioners from other locations, evolve into a thought leader, and lead agentic AI adoption within the Canadian organization.
• Build & deploy AI agents: Use tools or platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, U to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure governance & compliance: Apply best practices for AI structure, data privacy, and security to prevent agent sprawl and establish sound life cycle management.
• Enable knowledge adoption: Train and support staff to effectively use AI tools and foster adoption.
• Deliver insights: Analyze business data with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Qlik to validate AI outputs and guide decisions.
• Enhance user experience: Develop intuitive chatbot-like interfaces that enable employees to interact with AI in a human-centric way.
• Measure and monitor the quality of agentic AI results to be truthful and compliant with relevant privacy and security standards.
• Support Major System Upgrades: Create reports and resolve potential data link issues effectively and efficiently during a major core system upgrade in year one.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of consistent practicing experience in data analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Qlik).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building agents with AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Copilot, but the particular platform is not a necessity.
• Understanding of business process automation and data privacy frameworks.
• Strong, fluent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders to explain technical concepts clearly and train diverse users in simple English, void of jargon.
• Demonstrable critical first principle thinker that can clearly articulate logical reasoning instead of relying on punch-line driven marketing hype.
• Curious, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and able to fast iterate.
