We're growing — and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives on challenge, connection, and results.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll drive business growth across our diverse product categories by building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, and individual clients.

This hybrid B2B/B2C role blends field-based sales, client trials, and product education. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, self-motivated sales professional who excels at qualifying leads, developing new opportunities, and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships that create sustainable revenue growth.

You'll engage with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, seniors' communities, and healthcare institutions—representing Healthcare Solutions as a trusted partner in care.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Development

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through networking, relationship development, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct client consultations, trials, and product demonstrations with customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Follow up on leads from Inside Sales and the call center, converting inquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot).

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and end-users.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Deliver educational sessions and in-services to healthcare teams and community partners.
  • Stay informed on promotions, funding programs (e.g., AADL, WCB), and new products to offer knowledgeable recommendations.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Inside Sales to support campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging market trends.
  • Maintain accurate, timely reports on territory performance and pipeline health.
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with the Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing.

  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.

Education & Experience
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of outside or B2B sales experience; experience in healthcare, rehab, or medical equipment is an asset.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean driving abstract, and reliable vehicle required.

Hours: Full-Time, Variable (40 hours/week average; some evenings or weekends as required)
