Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une aide en inclusion, pour se joindre à notre équipe multidisciplinaire en inclusion sur le territoire du Conseil scolaire FrancoSud.

L'aide en inclusion - comportement appuiera les stratégies proposées par la spécialiste du comportement et par les équipes écoles afin de bien accompagner les élèves dans leur développement personnel et leur apprentissage.

Notre équipe multidisciplinaire composée de spécialistes de diverses professions soutient les équipes écoles primaires et secondaires dans l'identification des besoins des élèves et dans l'accompagnement des professionnels de l'éducation.

Les responsabilités

  • Animer des sous-groupes d'élèves dans le but de leur enseigner des stratégies d'autorégulation, gestion des conflits, développement des habiletés sociales, etc.;
  • Appuyer l'implantation des stratégies ciblées ou individualisées d'intervention (outils visuels, enseignement explicite du comportement et des règles de l'école);
  • Collaborer à la planification des programmes de modification du comportement avec la conseillère en comportement et le personnel;
  • Partager des outils et des stratégies d'intervention et modeler leur utilisation;
  • Rédiger des notes d'observation s'y rattachant;
  • Offrir de l'appui à la conseillère en comportement dans l'application de stratégies déjà identifiées;
  • Travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.
EXIGENCES DU POSTE
  • Avoir terminé des études secondaires, de préférence avec une formation post-secondaire en technique spécialisée en comportement ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Avoir complété sa vérification d'antécédant judiciaire incluant le secteur vulnérable avec un résultat négatif dans les derniers six mois;
  • Posséder de l'expérience auprès des enfants et des adolescents;
  • Exécuter les tâches demandées dans la discrétion, la confidentialité, la diplomatie, l'autonomie et l'initiative;
  • Démontrer un fort désir de travailler avec des élèves neuro divergents;
  • Posséder une excellente capacité à établir des liens de collaboration;
  • Bonne capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements;
  • Faire preuve de jugement, d'initiative, d'autonomie et de discrétion;
  • Pouvoir gérer un large éventail de questions complexes et délicates avec tact et diplomatie;
  • Bonnes aptitudes pour la prise de décision et le sens des responsabilités;
  • Démontrer d'excellentes habiletés de communication et de travail en équipe;
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule, car des déplacements sont nécessaires;
  • Détenir une bonne maîtrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
  • Détenir une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais serait un atout.
