As a Business Development Specialist, you will combine strategic commercial thinking with hands-on execution. You will identify revenue opportunities, convert leads through consultative selling, and use performance data to shape commercial initiatives.
You will make decisions based on market results, customer behavior, and KPIs — moving from analysis to action with accountability and measurable outcomes. Your work will directly influence revenue growth and help define how the North American market continues to evolve.
What You'll DoDrive Revenue (Hands-On Execution)Convert qualified leads into premium consultative sales.
Build and optimize sales motions with real data — not guesswork.
Tailor high-value solutions for customers investing in outdoor spaces.
Engage in direct selling activities (showroom consultations, events, targeted outreach).
Use KPIs (conversion, ROI, AOV, funnel velocity) to adjust sales strategies.
Recommend improvements to pricing, customer journey, segmentation, and campaigns.
Test ideas quickly, learn from results, and scale what works.
Build partnerships with designers, contractors, outdoor living brands, and local businesses.
Influence showroom experience based on customer behavior and market trends.
Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Leadership to drive initiatives tied to revenue.
Share insights that influence forecasting, promotions and product positioning.
3+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Market Expansion, or Growth roles.
Track record driving revenue, not just planning strategy.
Comfortable with sales KPIs and data-based decision-making.
Experience selling high-ticket or premium products (e.g. design, home improvement, building materials, furniture, outdoor living, or similar).
Strong communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (C1+).
Partnerships or B2C market development.
Forecasting, pricing strategy or conversion optimization.
Balance strategy with action.
Make decisions based on numbers, not "big words."
Don't just propose ideas — you test them yourself.
