What you'll be doing
As a member of CIBC's AI Enablement team, you'll lead the adoption and integration of generative AI (Gen AI) solutions across the organization. As a Senior Consultant, you'll collaborate with business units, technology leaders, procurement, and change management to enable safe, responsible, and meaningful use of Gen AI platforms and solutions. You'll define and manage product roadmaps, translate enterprise needs into actionable requirements, and facilitate business discovery sessions to showcase GenAI capabilities. You'll guide process optimization, prioritize features based on business value, and contribute to guidelines for responsible AI use. You'll also work closely with procurement and vendor management to assess and onboard GenAI tools, and act as a trusted advisor to business teams.
You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement will be discussed at the time of your interview.
How you'll succeed
Lead AI Product Roadmap- Define and manage the product roadmap for GenAI tools and capabilities for your assigned business unit.
Translate Needs into Solutions- Translate enterprise needs into actionable product requirements that balance innovation, usability, and governance.
Facilitate Discovery & Optimization- Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to showcase GenAI capabilities and gather feedback. Drive process optimization workshops in partnership with the Process Engineering and Optimization team.
Prioritize & Measure Impact- Prioritize features and use cases based on value, feasibility, user feedback, and alignment to enterprise strategy. Identify and manage key adoption metrics and KPIs, presenting progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Champion Responsible AI- Contribute to guidelines for responsible and trustworthy use of AI solutions, including prompt engineering standards, data privacy, and model transparency.
Vendor & Documentation Support- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to assess, evaluate, and onboard GenAI tools and platforms. Write and manage required documentation and support implementation processes (e.g., CIRA, AIRAP).
Advise & Influence- Act as a trusted advisor to business teams on best practices for integrating GenAI into workflows and scaling solutions.

Technical skills, experience, programs: You have 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role implementing AI/ML, technology, or digital transformation. Experience with procurement, vendor evaluation, and large-scale technology adoption is required. Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and platforms (e.g. LLMs, copilots, prompt engineering). Proven experience with technology enablement, adoption, or transformation initiatives at scale. Experience working with procurement, vendors, and evaluating external AI solutions for internal large scale implementations. Proven ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings to deliver AI solutions. Agile/Scrum experience preferred
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems. A Master's degree (MBA or technical) is an asset, especially with a focus on AI, digital transformation, or product management.
