Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in Orthodontics and Pediatrics

- Familiarity with Abeldent, Adit & HSO claims, CDCP.

- Dental Assisting experience

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using Abeldent.
  • Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services, procedures, and office policies.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure patient confidentiality is upheld.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the office.

Skills

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in a dental office setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
