Front of House Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising the front staff, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.
Duties:
- Supervise the front operations, including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
- Train and supervise front staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, brochures, and promotional materials, and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during operations
- Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
