We're looking for a driven, passionate, and energetic leader to join our growing team as Website Manager located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Job Description
If you're ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, innovative, and fun environment—this is your opportunity. In this role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of our web assets, including websites, microsites, and internal/external applications. You'll guide a talented team of web developers, set technical direction, and ensure our digital platforms deliver outstanding performance, and user experiences.

  • Someone who knows how to balance security and compliance, with user experience and company objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills – you enjoy guiding a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and setting a clear vision for projects.
  • Drive – you're a self-starter, you keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices, and you proactively bring forward improvements or ideas.
  • You are a "do-er"; you like auditing, planning, managing, and upgrading websites.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer (or user) experiences through websites and applications.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment – you thrive under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Seven to ten years of hands-on experience in website development.
  • Proven experience managing/managing a team of web developers.
