Qualifications et exigences- Diplôme d'études collégiales de deux ans en Administration de bureau;
- Deux ans d'expérience en travail de bureau.
- Démontrer une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais oral et écrit;
- Démontrer une bonne capacité organisationnelle;
- Démontrer une bonne capacité d'analyse;
- Démontrer une bonne connaissance dans l'informatique utilisée dans un environnement scolaire;
- Faire preuve d'initiative et de débrouillardise;
- Savoir ordonner les priorités;
- Démontrer une capacité à œuvrer dans un environnement mouvementé;
- Faire preuve de tact, de diplomatie et de discernement;
- Pouvoir travailler de façon autonome.
La personne qui occupe ce poste relève de la direction d'école et a pour rôle de travailler en collaboration avec une ou plusieurs personnes, de façon relativement autonome, des tâches de secrétariat. Elle s'assure de bien gérer son milieu de travail sous la directive de son superviseur.
