The opportunity:

We are actively looking for talented individuals to join our Portfolio Management and Financial Advisory Team at our Toronto headquarters. This role requires comprehensive knowledge across core wealth management areas, including investments, financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance. If you have a financial background and excel at building strong client relationships, this opportunity allows you to advance your career in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Host over-the-phone client meetings to understand their financial goals and needs.
  • Present and recommend tailored investment solutions that align with individual client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and investment due diligence to support portfolio management decisions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients as their dedicated financial advisor and portfolio manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a holistic approach to client wealth management.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm through commitment to client service excellence and business development initiatives.

Qualifications
:

  • Completion of the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation and/or CFA Level 1.
  • Licensed as a Portfolio Manager for discretionary or managed accounts with a CIRO-regulated investment dealer.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial industry with extensive exposure to financial analysis or investment due diligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills, both in person and via telephone.
  • Highly determined, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about building a long-term career as a trusted financial advisor and portfolio manager.
  • French language proficiency is an asset.
