Infinity Properties is one of the premier residential developers in the Fraser Valley and we are looking to grow our Sales & Marketing team Over the past 20 years, we have provided over 3,000 single and multi-family units to new and excited homeowners and our mission is to continue and expand this tradition.

Infinity currently develops and sells approximately 120 residential units and between 70 and 100 single family lots each year with the goal of increasing this production year over year.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Assist the Sales Manager in delivering the full Infinity sales experience. This will include top tier service with the Realtor community and all interactions with prospective buyers (in person, on the phone or by email/text). This role is full time and will be primarily based in our on-site Presentation Centre and show homes. As Sales Associate, you would be reporting directly to the Sales Manager

and be responsible for the implementation of the following:

Sales

As a member of the sales team, the Sales Coordinator would be the face of Infinity Properties to the public and Realtor community. The top priorities for this role would be maintaining a high level of professionalism, and respectful attitude, while being a valued support to the Sales Manager.

  • Working in the Sales Centre during regular business hours (typically Saturday - Wednesday from pm) with flexibility to work outside these hours for sales launches, meetings, events, etc.
  • Deliver a positive brand experience that best represents Infinity's core values
  • Following the appropriate process and communication with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator throughout the sales process
  • Attend a weekly / bi-weekly sales and marketing meeting
  • Contract execution & management with Avesdo as required by the Sales Manager
  • Phone call campaigns for events, grand opening, sales launches
  • Communicating with buyers and/or Realtors throughout the sales process
  • Supporting the administration of legal documentation and buyer obligations through completion
  • Full engagement with our database of registrants in our CRM – responding to inquiries, tracking, prospecting, etc.

Sales Support & Administrative Tasks

A successful sales program requires a number of routine tasks and systems to be effectively implemented on an on-going basis. The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring these are carried out.

  • Greet all visitors to the Presentation Centre professionally
  • Record, track and input any pertinent information for all visitors in our CRM
  • Ensure the show homes are clean and always looking their best
  • Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team
  • Ensure all brochures, sales materials and supplies are well-stocked
  • Maintain and keep organized all sales materials (ie. Price lists, brochures, etc.)
  • Set up signage, balloons and any other promotional materials
  • Assist the Sales Manager in reviewing and maintain all MLS Listings – ensuring their accuracy
  • Assist the Sales Manager in communicating (gathering intel) with other sales associates at competing projects on a regular basis
  • Assist in planning and executing sales events
  • Assist in resolving customer questions and/or issues

WHAT YOU BRING

You will ideally bring the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales preferably in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office,
    Microsoft Excel
  • Experience
    in sales software (Avesdo) and customer relationship software (Spark or Lasso)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
