Job Description
Brodi Specialty Products Ltd. is seeking a proficient Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, can handle a variety of tasks with precision, and is committed to supporting our team and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing, proofreading, and finalizing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Managing both telephone and electronic inquiries with professionalism.
- Sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing mail, as well as electronic messages.
- Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks, preparing invoices, and managing bank deposits.
- Providing accurate general information to both clients and the public.
- Organizing documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, alongside data entry tasks.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and managing files and documents efficiently.
Required Skills and Specializations:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks), database software.
- Experience with office machinery such as scanners.
- Ability to produce reports, invoices, charts, tables, graphs, and handle correspondence effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- References required upon request.
- Must possess valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and maintaining attention to detail.
