RPA Development Intern

What will you do?
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks within business processes that align with our business objectives
- Identifying Automation Opportunities: Recognizing repetitive tasks within plant operations and support functions day to day taks that can be automated to enhance efficiency.
- Process Analysis: Analysing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and create efficient RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Solution Design: Architecting scalable and robust RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability.
- Development: Building and maintaining RPA workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect community to present automation proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Integration: Develop and Manage integration between enterprise applications
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on RPA trends, and contributing to RPA practice evolution in the organization.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Recently graduated (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as Power automate or UiPath
- Knowledge of database management and SQL
- Familiar with using AI Tools to prompt for solutions and exception handling
Desired/Preferred to have.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA
- Bachelors degree
