Role Description

We are seeking a
Full-Time Sales Consultant
to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our boutique, you will represent the elegance and quality of GERDENE, providing an exceptional experience to every client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Providing expert knowledge of cashmere and luxury fashion.
  • Preparing sales reports and assisting with boutique operations.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end product sales.

Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional languages such as
French or Mandarin
are an asset.
