Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our feeder cattle operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to various farming activities, including animal care. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate various tools and machinery safely.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing cattle as they come from market
  • Provide care for livestock, including feeding, monitoring health
  • Help perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery
  • Use hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks
  • Conduct basic repairs on equipment as needed
  • Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding work as required

Experience

  • Previous experience with cattle an asset
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and performing equipment repairs
  • A strong commitment to safety practices when handling tools and machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
