Roles and Responsibilities:
The Regional Project Engineer Director serves as the senior engineering lead for all projects within a specific province, state, or country. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project activities, leading a team of Project Engineers, Designers, and Interns. ensuring compliance with local codes and standards, and maintaining high quality deliverables.

Serve as the senior engineering lead for all projects in BC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Added as the Responsible Registrant for Region.
- Leading and mentoring Project Engineers, Designers, and Interns assigned to projects within the region.
- Reviewing, approving, and stamping designs in coordination with licensed P.Eng/PE professionals.
- Ensuring projects meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
- Coordinating project resources, schedules, and cross-discipline collaboration.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and local authorities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed P.Eng / PE in British Columbia, Canada with experience acting as Engineer of Record.
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in public infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing small project teams.
- Knowledge of local engineering codes, permitting processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130 - $150 CAD/hr on commissioned projects
- 10% ownership equity + quarterly dividend payouts
