Front Desk: Martial Arts Studio

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to keep our lobby welcoming, organized, and enthusiastic before, during, and after martial arts classes.

Monday to Thursday 3:00-7:00

Saturdays 9:00-12:00

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience. This position requires excellent organizational skills, phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*

  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive for programming, ensuring a friendly and community focused environment. Ensure students exit with their belongings and guardian.

  • Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed

  • Schedule appointments and direct students to appropriate programming

  • Handle student information with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all files are up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
