Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with databases and ERP systems, and excellent typing accuracy. This role involves inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms to ensure data integrity and accessibility. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms
  • Maintain and update existing records with high attention to detail
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically
  • Collect, review, and verify data for completeness and correctness
  • Assist with data collection projects and report generation as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data retrieval
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry functions and formulas
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and computer skills required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Experience with filing systems and document management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.96-$33.28 per hour
