Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through outside sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and technology sales, along with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and drive brand awareness.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability for the company.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of success in B2B environments.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
  • Strong business development acumen with a focus on identifying new market opportunities.
  • Proficient in account management practices to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that complement sales efforts.
  • Experience in technology sales is highly desirable, along with an understanding of technical products.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
