About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Insights Analyst - CRM to join our Global Network Communications team. In this strategic role, you will lead initiatives to optimize our content distribution channels, transforming complex raw data into actionable insights that enhance our CRM communication campaigns. Your technical expertise combined with strategic thinking will play a crucial role in improving engagement and effectiveness across our global network of dealerships, distributors, and B2B partners. You will manage projects related to the rollout and enhancement of global communication channels, develop sophisticated analytics dashboards, and support the execution of multi-channel campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence communication strategies on a global scale, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, sales, communications, IT, or related fields
- Proficiency in working with raw data, applying formulas, and building logic-based segmentation
- Experience in data visualization and PowerBI development
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic
- Knowledge of automation workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS; proficiency in Python is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within deadlines and budgets
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills for cross-functional communication
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage projects to implement or improve global communication channels and data analytics tools, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in strategic planning and coordination using project management tools like Asana
- Analyze raw campaign data to derive engagement metrics and generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize campaign performance, audience behavior, and channel effectiveness
- Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to enable personalized marketing efforts
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs, managing large datasets with precision
- Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and automate reporting aligned with strategic goals
- Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns, including email, webcast, and intranet initiatives
- Develop and maintain automated workflows within CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic
- Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users
- Document best practices and share insights to improve team efficiency and campaign outcomes
- Research emerging trends in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to inform strategic initiatives
