Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Aesthetic Consultant / office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our aesthetic products and services. As an Aesthetic Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their aesthetic needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet business development goals.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the aesthetic or beauty industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful business development.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with Zenoti or similar CRM software for account management is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts and sales activities.
