We are looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or premium client support to join our Client Support team in our Vancouver office.
About the Role
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
You will:
- Manage client requests via phone and email, providing seamless, high-touch support
- Schedule service calls and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely responses
- Monitor and respond to security events with a calm and professional approach
- Handle inquiries and problem-solve in real-time, ensuring a smooth client experience
- Ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups, upholding Provident's service standards
Who You Are
- Experienced in high-end customer service (hospitality, concierge, or premium retail preferred)
- A strong communicator, able to engage confidently and professionally with clients
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in every interaction
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools
