LICENSED INSURANCE BROKER,

Acera Insurance Broker Network (Solutions Group) is looking for an ambitious, engaging Licensed Insurance Broker who is passionate about putting people first and the chance to make a difference.

You will provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients while our specialized client service team supports all data processing, payments and portal work.

We will provide on-going support to assist you to build skills, knowledge, and confidence at each stage of your career.

You will be backed by one of the largest independent, employee-controlled brokerages in Canada, Acera Insurance. Our collaborative work structure combines our people's strength and expertise to offer greater value, knowledge, and resources to our clients nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage a book of business which may include personal and commercial insurance.
  • Participate in new business, up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our business and team.

Location and Status:

  • Lethbridge, AB
  • Permanent full-time employment
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

  • Current Level 1 Alberta Insurance License
  • Level 2 Insurance License would be considered an asset;
  • 2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry
  • Previous customer service experience
