The Role
We're building out our Supply team and looking for two
Strategic Partnerships Managers
to own our relationships with some of the largest brands and advertisers in the world. One will focus on
Travel supply partners
(OTAs, activities providers, accommodation platforms) and the other on
Retail supply partners
.
You'll ensure we deliver maximum value for each partner by driving growth initiatives, aligning with product and engineering on integrations, and representing Stay22 as a trusted counterpart.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow relationships with global supply partners (Travel or Retail)
- Be the day-to-day contact for brands/advertisers: commercial discussions, performance reviews, escalations
- Monitor performance data (GMV, conversion, shipped items, seat allocation, etc.) and recommend optimizations
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to accelerate integrations and reduce time-to-live
- Negotiate new opportunities, expand commercial terms, and unlock incremental revenue
- Represent Stay22 at industry events and in partner meetings with senior stakeholders
What You Bring
- 3–6 years experience in partnerships, account management, or business development in affiliate, adtech, OTA, or retail media
- Track record of managing large/global accounts with measurable commercial impact
- Strong analytical ability—comfortable turning partner performance data into action
- Negotiation skills and experience working with C-level stakeholders
- High energy, proactive, able to operate in a fast-growth environment
- Bonus: direct experience with OTAs, activities suppliers, affiliate networks, or e-commerce marketplaces

- Metrics: shipped items, conversion %, GMV by category, seat performance
- Background: affiliate marketing, e-commerce partnerships, retail media
