Job Posting – Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator

Bedard Electric Inc. – Orléans, ON

Bedard Electric is seeking a reliable and highly organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator to support our growing electrical contracting business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and invoicing (QBO – QuickBooks Online)
  • Process payroll and maintain employee timesheets
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable
  • Organize project documentation, permits, ESA files, and vendor records
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with scheduling crews and coordinating site visits
  • Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries for management
  • General administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping or administrative support
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience in construction or trades (asset, not required)
