Langley BC, Canada AIRPLUS Industrial Corp. Full time $62,400 - $66,560 per year

Project Coordinator

You don't get to be an industry leader by waiting around to see what others are doing.

If you're like us—driven to always be a step ahead—then we might be just the company you're looking for.

At AIRPLUS Industrial, we supply industrial clean air and compressed air applications in Western Canada. With 30+ years of experience in dust, mist, and fume collection plus compressed air applications, we bring strong relationships with equipment manufacturers and expert service experience to our customers. This dedication has given us a reputation for being the very best at what we do, and for supplying affordable systems for every budget.

Because our business continues to grow, we're looking to increase our capacity to make workplaces better.

That's where you come in.

About the Role

As our new Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer projects—from the time a contract is signed to the final documentation handover.

You'll coordinate schedules, documentation, logistics, and communication between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams. You'll track project milestones, escalate risks, and make sure everyone has what they need to keep things moving.

This is a role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication really shine. You'll be supporting Project Managers, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers in scheduling, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
  • Process and track project-related orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and logs.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for project materials, including import/export paperwork.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers during project execution.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timelines and quality are met.
  • Help identify and resolve issues such as late deliveries, rejected products, or documentation errors.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Motivation & ownership – you are driven to see the team succeed, motivated by being on a team that owns it's successes and failures - and learns from both.
  • Attention to detail – you thrive when managing multiple moving parts, tracking changes in schedules and documents, making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Communication & coordination – you're confident, tactful, and able to work with diverse personalities—from shop workers to engineers to customers.
  • Problem solving – you anticipate issues, escalate risks, and help resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Industry knowledge – experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments is an asset.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in business, engineering, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in project coordination, administration, or operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Experience with project management, ERP, or CRM software is an asset.
  • Experience with logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing environments is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within North America and live/work in Canada.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Working at AIRPLUS Industrial

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We offer:

  • Competitive starting salary, commensurate with experience
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • Paid vacation
  • Bonus structure

You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team where everyone helps each other succeed. At AIRPLUS, you won't be micromanaged—you'll have the freedom to take ownership of your projects and grow your skills.

Because we're a small and growing company, this role will have a huge impact on the work we do, and there's no limit to how far your career can grow with us.

Please note: Our office is not accessible by public transportation. You need to have your own vehicle.

Diversity & Inclusion

We strive to build a team that reflects the diversity of the community we work in and encourage applications from traditionally underrepresented groups such as women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, people identifying as LGBTQ2SI, veterans, and people with disabilities.
