What You'll Do
As an Associate in Product Research & Development, you'll be at the forefront of market intelligence, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry. Your work will directly support product innovation and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Industry & Competitor Analysis

  • Track and analyze trends in investment performance, sales flows, product innovation, fees, and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights on how market developments impact opportunities for iA Wealth.


Data-Driven Strategy

  • Analyze internal product and asset data to support new product initiatives.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources to identify emerging opportunities.


Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare clear, impactful reports for senior leadership, sales teams, and product stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to strategic projects across the product team.

What You Bring

  • 0–3 years of experience in finance, investment, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Progress toward CFA designation or equivalent is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for understanding market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Morningstar is a plus.
