About the Role

Join our Solutions Engineering team to serve as technical gurus and advocates in our customer's journey with Rootly to success and beyond. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a critical player in the enablement and growth of our customers with Rootly.

As a Solutions Engineer you will be bringing technical expertise to customer implementations and demos.You will develop best practices and content around Incident Management and On-Call, and work across the organization with engineering, customer success, support, and product teams to best represent the customer's voice and drive improvements in the product.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Implementation, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer with a passion for working with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • Hands on experience with scripting/programming languages such as: JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.
  • Understanding of how organizations roll out mission critical technology.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capability to interact, communicate and build relationships with other engineers, at all levels of an organization.
