Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Term: 6 Month Contract

Location: Toronto,ON

Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze first- and third-party data to assess marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and optimize multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing impact.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests, ensuring robust hypothesis testing and measurement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide real-time performance insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to influence data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
  • Proficient in Python (or R) for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
  • Deep understanding of attribution modeling, MMM, or related techniques.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
