Your Role as a Baker

As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality baked products by following our unique recipes. Your day will start before sunrise, allowing you to fill the bakery with the delightful aroma of fresh bread and pastries, contributing to our mission of excellence.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Follow carefully crafted recipes to produce a variety of bread and baked goods
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and organized bakery
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Engage with customers, sharing your passion for baking and providing exceptional service

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs as required
