Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BSA with a strong background in financial services to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and can drive projects from concept to completion while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery across financial services domains including banking, insurance, or investment management.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.

Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Facilitate agile ceremonies or manage Waterfall milestones depending on project methodology.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and post-project reviews to optimize future delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; BSA or Agile certification preferred.

5+ years of project management experience within financial services.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
