Your Responsibilities

  • You are passionate about driving results. You're an expert at driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer loyalty through offering best-in-class customer experiences.
  • You're a people leader: You're passionate about recruiting, hiring and retaining a high-performing team. You're an advocate for your team and take pride in leading your team to an overall goal
  • You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You create a culture of teamwork by establishing and communicating goals, leading by example, holding your team accountable to store standards, and celebrating team success
  • You know the importance of having the right people in the right place at the right time Workforce Management - is your "thing": You maximize business requirements through a well-thought-out schedule You are able to evaluate traffic trends and peak business to schedule your days effectively.
  • You ensure your store consistently maintains visual standards by owning all visual and merchandising processes. You are the "go-to" when it comes to Floor-sets, quick fixes and replenishment. Ensure your team clearly understands their role in maintaining a customer-ready store
  • You have a passion for social media and are comfortable being "camera-ready" to enhance the brand image You are innovative and creative in sharing ideas on how to capture engagement and customer loyalty.
  • You have a passion for fashion You understand fashion trends and can share insights with the buying team. You come into work and lead by example through your love of fashion.

Qualifications for this Role

  • You have retail management experience in leading teams
  • You are able to multi-task and have attention to detail
  • Time management is your strong suit and you are able to prioritize your to-dos
  • You have a track record of effective communication and conflict management
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • You thrive in a team-based customer service environment
  • You are comfortable with being on social media
